  • Founded the Federation of Hellenic American Educators and Cultural Associations of America

  • Founded the Greek American Teachers Organization-Prometheus

  • United Nations’ Institute for Inter-Balkan Relations (a NGO). Also, Member of the Women’s Inter-Balkan Committee

  • Council for Greek American Affairs (SAE)

  • Founded the Hellenic Community Council and co-organized the ‘Conference of 2500 Years of the Birth of Democracy”

  • Founded the National Hellenic Women’s Council (HAWO) and established the Aristeon Award

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES

  • Liaison to the Greek Community for Elected Officials as well as local and national leaders

  • Established an intensive cultural/educational summer program for American high school students involving traveling through Europe. In addition, she has helped several gifted students obtain college scholarships
